Group MAP Sessions
Group sessions cater to both those familiar with and new to the MAP Method™. Each session typically lasts 45-60 minutes .These sessions eliminate the need for participants to openly discuss or share their experiences. Every session begins with a grounding and intention-setting process, providing a foundation for your journey ahead. I guide you in a process where we trigger memories causing you stress, discomfort, and impacting your happiness and success—such as haunting memories, anxiety, fears, phobias, negative thoughts, negative patterns, or limiting beliefs. You may choose to close your eyes and activate the memories without going into details, breathing normally. The experience is gentle as I instruct your Superconscious to find and neutralize the memories. Various instructions are designed to unravel the memory structure from different angles, such as the timeline, ancestral patterns, family history, and energy systems. You observe changes as I instruct your Superconscious to find and neutralize the memory.
