Our automated body and mind are intricately controlled by memories, an accumulation that began since birth—some conscious, some hidden.
Consider the following examples:
Body Movements: Perfected and dictated by memory.
Organ Functions: Orchestrated and fine-tuned by memory.
Emotional Habits: Crafted and honed by memory.
Reactions to Life Situations: Shaped and molded by memory.
Focus Patterns: Established and refined by memory.
Scientific research unequivocally asserts that any automated behavior rooted in memory can undergo change. This implies that your feelings, thoughts, and experiences—the very essence of your mindset and beliefs—are subject to transformation.
Guided by a group or individual session, the subconscious, a powerful force, independently discerns how to address necessary memories and instigate their evolution. The session, though both relaxing and active, places emphasis on the subconscious mind's capability to delve into deep memories at the core of each experience, thought, or emotion. The active part involves conscious logic and communication but isn't the primary tool; the subconscious mind takes precedence.
In our communication with the mind's innate wisdom, Biofeedback/muscle checking serves as my guide. In the MAP Method, the Superconscious represents the intuitive function of our subconscious mind, capable of addressing memories. It operates at a higher level of consciousness, with the ability to create or dissolve mental creations. The Superconscious is interconnected, aware of the whole self, yet simultaneously detached from traumatic experiences.
