At its core, this session utilizes the MAP Method to guide the SuperConscious in neutralizing emotional traumas and their associated subconscious associations. Through expert guidance, the SuperConscious is directed to neutralize negative memories in a language it understands, without direct suggestions. This condensed 20 to 30-minute experience delivers transformative results comparable to longer sessions, unlocking individuals' full potential.

The Visual Subliminal MAP Session is accessible and beneficial for individuals aged 16 and older, regardless of background or experience. This session offers a comprehensive approach to personal growth and subconscious transformation, delivering numerous key benefits.

RECOMMENDATION: Before you request to schedule a one-on-one session, I recommend participating in at least 2-3 group MAP sessions. Continue the group sessions while incorporating Visual Subliminal sessions into your daily practice. When you engage in kaleidoscopic, sacred geometry imagery, you block out the external world and enter a state of present-moment awareness.

2-minute visual subliminal session sample 

This sample session is designed to give you a general idea of how our visual subliminal sessions are conducted. Please follow these instructions for the best experience:

1. Ensure you are viewing this on a computer screen for optimal visual clarity.
2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in.
3. Open your eyes and softly gaze into the center of the kaleidoscope.
4. Pay attention to your physical body and mind as you gaze.
5. If you feel the need to close your eyes, do so, and continue breathing deeply.

​You can alternate between eyes open and closed as you feel comfortable

Enjoy the session and allow yourself to fully relax and experience the therapeutic benefits.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Begin by booking a one-on-one, 60-minute  Zoom session to address your specific concerns.

​

This session will allow us to identify the areas of your life—whether physical, mental, or emotional—where you need assistance. You can also express what you'd like to release, let go of, or manifest.

​

Based on the information gathered during the session, I will tailor a  Visual Subliminal session specifically for you, targeting your unique needs and goals.

​

Within 7-10 days following our session, you will receive a link to your personalized recorded session. As well as a detailed instruction how to use it. 

​

The Digital Session typically lasts between 20 to 30 minutes, providing an effective and efficient means of subconscious reprogramming and personal transformation.
